Rapid Responce to Northern Youth Program in review

It is great to be back home and in the hangar. Our time spent helping Northern Youth Program was both beneficial and productive. To give a quick overview, NYP called on Fri. Jan 23 hoping MMS had someone available to assist them in completing the 100 hour inspection on their airplane.  The airplane needed to be returned to service in 2 weeks for a 3 week discipleship campaign in the arctic. Only two of us in the shop were available to go and go we did the very next day.  It was a 23 hour drive to Dryden, Ontario that took us 2 days to make.  To make a long story short the Cheyenne was returned to service with just a few hours to spare.

Enjoy the video, it highlights some of what we did.  The other MMS mechanic is an apprentice named Aaron Hammit.
